Hi my name is Jamie Sellors I am a young 58 year old ageing Warrior and found exercise boring when I was younger, however after many years of general life and a little sport (golf) I started to feel not as I would like, little bit of a belly etc (I am sure you know what I mean!!) Anyway I found this information on how to train when being a little older and the rest is history, I now love to exercise everyday and the exercises are so easy to do and follow please take a look for yourself.
